Your obligations
By registering you confirm that you hold appropriate authorisation to distribute general insurance, will comply with all applicable legislation and FCA rules, and will only use approved materials when providing information about our products.
Professional indemnity
You confirm that you maintain professional indemnity insurance appropriate to your activities, or agree that cover may be arranged through us at your cost where applicable.
Termination
We may terminate your access if you breach these terms, applicable regulations, or act in a manner likely to harm our reputation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
